I am a PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. My research explores how teams evolve and interact in dynamic context, aiming to identify strategies that help teams overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities to enhance their performance. Additionally, I have broad research interests spanning prosocial behavior, unethical conduct in the workplace, and the potential impact of generative AI on organizations and business practices. My work has been published in Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Happiness Studies and Career Development Quarterly.
