Yongkang Yang

I'm a PhD Candidate at Rotterdam School of Management, Eramsus University Rotterdam, with Prof. Daan van Knippenberg as my promotor.

My research explores teams evolve and interact in dynamic context, aiming to identify strategies that help teams overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities to enhance their performance. I deploy longitudinal designs, social network approach, etc. to explore the dynamics in work teams. Additionally, I have interests in prosocial behavior, unethical conduct in the workplace, and the potential impact of generative AI on organizations and business practices.
